Coping with a crisis   English
Abstract: This handout gives more than 100 tips for ways to cope with a crisis. It suggests using distractions such as counting to 10, leaving the situation, or self-soothing methods such as positive thinking or encouraging self. It also suggests relaxation and changing body responses, imagery, mindfulness of focusing attention on what you are doing, and evaluating the pros and cons of the crisis situation.
