Abstract:  This handout offers resources and travel tips for people with diabetes, to help them stay safe and healthy while they are away from home. Included is a checklist for items to bring such as diabetes supplies, snacks, and medical alert identification. Contact information is included for UWMC Travel Medicine Clinics and and the Seattle/King County Health Department.
