Abstract:  This handout describes stress as "the effect any situation has on our bodies and minds." Included are symptoms, causes, and ways to manage stress. This handout is specifically for patients with diabetes, but contains information that may be helpful for anyone wanting to know more about dealing with stress and its effects.
