Your child's assessment team: At the Child Development Clinic  
Abstract:  This handout describes the team that will work with you and your child at the Child Development Clinic, part of the Center on Human Development and Disability (CHDD) at UWMC. Included on the assessment team are a clinic nurse or medical assistant, a developmental pediatrician, a psychologist, an occupational or physical therapist, a nutritionist, a speech/language pathologist, an audiologist, and a social worker.
