Restrictions while you are pregnant  
Abstract:  This handout provides a checklist for the perinatal doctor or nurse to mark activity restrictions for a pregnant woman. The provider may check "Not restricted," "Bedrest," "Modfied bedrest," or "Complete bedrest." Other specific activities such as housework, driving, shopping, etc. are listed.
