Abstract

This handout for lung transplant patients describes many of the medicines that must be taken after transplantation. These include immunosuppressants, anti-infectives and antifungals, antivirals, and other supplements and drugs. It includes a short warning about drug-food interactions and a sample list of what drugs a lung transplant patient is likely to take, including times of day.
