Abstract

This CareMap for patients and their caregivers shows the care plan that is expected after having transcatheter aortic valve replacement surgery with alternate access sites. The CareMap begins on the day of surgery (Day 0) and gives recovery steps through Day 5, when most patients are discharged from the hospital. (TAVR, aortic stenosis)
