For Visitors at UW Medicine Hospitals: Safety is our top priority
Abstract
This handout explains the special Visitors Policy at UW Medicine hospitals as of May 2020. This policy is put in place to protect patients, visitors, and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak. It includes requiring visitors to wear masks, and limiting the number of visitors each patient may have per day.
This Visitors Policy will help us keep our patients, visitors, and staff as safe as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please talk with your nurse if you have any questions or concerns.
