This "Rehab and Beyond" manual was written by patients and staff who are serving as Advisors on the Rehabilitation Services Patient and Family Advisory Council at UWMC. It describes the Rehab Unit, the care team, and what to expect during the hospital stay. It also lists many resources to access after leaving the hospital.
