This brochure, written by the Washington State Hospital Association, encourages patients and visitors to ask their health care workers "Did you wash or sanitize your hands?" It explains infection control policies in the hospital, the importance of stopping germs from spreading, and that visitors and family members may be asked to wear a gown, mask, and gloves.
